Skyway Studios continues to follow best practices in the face of the pandemic, particularly given the new challenge posed by the Delta variant, a strain of the COVID-19 virus that is twice as transmissible as the original pathogen. To address this reality, Skyway Studios has redoubled our efforts to adopt and implement science-based protocols that best ensure the safety of our clients and staff. We will continue to adjust our procedures based on the latest governmental recommendations, following guidance from the CDC, the city of Nashville, and the state of Tennessee regarding COVID-19.

No staff member will be permitted to work for 10 days if the staff member exhibits any COVID-19 symptoms. All staff members will wear a face covering/mask when other people are present.

Guests/visitors will be required to wear face coverings/masks during encounters with staff. Disposable masks will be provided by our concierge if needed.

Routine cleaning and disinfecting are an important part of reducing the risk of exposure to COVID-19. Common touch points are regularly disinfected during the day and upon any indication of need. Air scrubbers are used in studios before, during and after each production.

Before/during/after productions, all surfaces are disinfected using a Ryobi fogger. We have 2 OdorStop Ozone Generator/UV Air Cleaner with 2 Ozone Plates, UV and Charcoal Filter on site that can be utilized prior to and after any production space utilization.

Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are available in communal areas (front desk, mail room, lounge, etc.). Please help yourself! Social/physical distancing is expected. Signs are placed throughout the building to remind staff, tenants and visitors to keep 6 feet of distance from others.
